There are no words that can truly express how grateful I am for Community Bound Agency (CBA). My daughter Kendra is pretty severe on the autism spectrum with lots of hyperactivity. Though not aggressive, she was rejected by many other day programs that were not willing to support her needs. CBA welcomed Kendra with open arms. They are very patient with her and are constantly seeking activities that help Kendra be at her best. I am overjoyed by their genuine care and concern.

CBA is a GODSEND!

I would just like to commend Marcella Singleton for the awesome job that she is doing at CBA.  My daughter just started back to work and CBA is providing transportation to the job site and back home.  They have been very informative, they notify me when they're coming and  if they're running late - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

This is Laura Jordan , Tom’s mom. These are my thoughts on Community Bound Agency for being there for my son. First Of all, I am very thankful to CBA because it was a very difficult time during Pandemic. CBA stepped right in and rescued my son with their program. I was initially impressed with the facility, Because there were accommodations for all kinds of disabilities. Then when Tom got into the program, everyone made efforts to learn sign language . The instructors were great with him. He enjoyed their weekly schedule of activities, along with field trips to places like the zoo and aquarium. They transported the clients to CBA and back home. They were always on time and pleasant to my son. Little things like that are invaluable. I have recommended several friends to CBA, it is a great alternative to staying at home. From my first conversation with Ms.Singleton (Marcella), I knew we had found exactly who we were looking for to help transport our non-verbal young adult son to his new adult training program. This change in his life could have been a challenge, but, she listened, asked questions, and most of all cared for his well being from the beginning. She has had continued open communication and has taken the time to make sure he has a good start to his day. We are Thankful for people like Marcella and her chosen staff members and that they are available in our “special world”.

As parents of an individual with special needs we've met many challenges over years seeking services for our son. Community Bound has wholeheartedly been patient and understood our son's personal issues. Community Bound was able to meet our son's needs and help him work through his struggles. They gave him an opportunity to be successful when other agencies turned him away."
