Job Title: Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) Driver
Job Overview: Drive individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to and from their destination, provide support as they enter and exit the vehicle as needed, and ensure they arrive safely and in a timely matter.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Eligibility under our insurance carrier.
- A three-year Driver’s Abstract with no more than five points
- Maintain an acceptable driving record adhering to all driving laws and Community Bound Agency regulations pertaining to driving.
- Read and write English.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.

Must have the ability to work in a stressful situation in a calm therapeutic manner.

Open to unscheduled drug testing.
Direct Support Professional – Home and Community
Job Overview: Assist individuals impacted with developmental disabilities in a home environment with daily activities, toileting, eating, bathing, etc. Accompany individuals to several fun activities in the community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Red Cross CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- 1+ years of providing care and support
- Pass and maintain Med Pass Certification.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record adhering to all driving laws and Community Bound Agency regulations pertaining to driving.
- Read and write English.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and program staff via open communication in a positive and constructive manner.
- Must have a cooperative, caring nature, and the ability to work in a stressful situation in a calm therapeutic manner.
Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Adult Day Services
Job Overview: The ideal Direct Support Professional (DSP) should possess and demonstrate the desire and ability to provide supports that help promote independence, good hygiene, and safety and wellness to individuals impacted with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. As a DSP, you will advocate and support individuals as they work at reaching their personal outcomes, goals, and desires.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States
